Note: Although you can bring two choices to sample I've had multiple suggestions that everybody should bring only one. If you bring more than two, you may have to choose only two to be entered. The remaining beers will be made available for the attendees for optional tasting after the results.

Start Times:
The start time is 1pm - If you intend on coming for the beer tasting ONLY, please let me know as it helps with planning out dinner.

Dinner : It will start at 3:30-4:00 pm with the beer tasting at 6:00 pm and coffee and desserts around 8:00 pm. With everything wrapping up whenever the last person decides to leave.

Please let me know (by phone or email, NOT by text messaging/SMS/MMS) as soon as you can if you are coming. Please let me know by email what beer you are bringing so that we can prevent that most hated problem of beer duplication.
